It is replicated by having "Midare-Hamon (Disordered Blade Emblem)"of "San-Bon-Sugi (Three Cedar Trees)" on the blade body.

Cuts smooth on meats and vegetables, as each blade is carefully edged by craftsmen of Seki, Gifu prefecture.
