This Reed Harvester is an ultra-low ground pressure, heavy duty, all terrain vehicle (ATV) with a 320mm wide rubber track system. The cutter/binder and elevator are mounted via a dedicated linkage and powered hydraulically, enabling the machine to harvest reed.
The machine frame is a welded steel structure. The chassis and undercarriage are made primarily of high strength pressed steel sections and circular hollow sections with high tensile aluminium under body guarding.
